MMC Land Management, based in Gibsonia PA (15044 zip), is Pittsburgh's premier commercial landscaping company! We are currently recruiting for an ENHANCEMENT SUPERVISOR.
Tasks /
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise edging and mulching, shrub pruning, planting, leaf cleanups, and mowing on commercial accounts.
Work with and supervise up to 4 other crew members and ensure that customer satisfaction and expectations are being met.
Work closely with the Field Supervisor to manage the daily schedule.
Ensure that work is being performed safely and efficiently.
Enforce safety policies and procedures.
Perform snow removal in the winter.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the landscape industry.
Previous experience supervising a crew.
Plant knowledge and experience pruning shrubs.
Valid driver's license.
Required to pass a drug test (pre-employment and random) and attain DOT medical card.
Experience driving a truck with a trailer.
Experience operating mowers, hedge cutters, skid loaders, mulch mule.
Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others.
Be punctual, proactive and have a positive attitude while at work.
Maintain a high level of work and ethical standards.
