Grass Cutting Crew Supervisor

Under the direct supervision of the Field Supervisor, The Grass Cutting Crew Supervisor is responsible to oversee all property maintenance in regards to mowing, line trimming, edging, and clean-ups etc. on client job sites. Individual performs, supervises, trains, and coordinates the activities of maintenance crew laborers and also enforces operating procedures and work standards that ensure adequate performance and personnel safety. Individual will oversee a 2, 3 or 4 person crew.
Positional requirements: Valid driver's license, insurable (driving record check is applicable), able to drive 3//4 ton or 1 ton company truck with equipment trailer, pass pre-employment and random drug screening(s), previous experience cutting grass for a landscaping company and proficient at operating walk behind and zero turn mowers, having previous supervisory experience and being computer literate is highly desirable.
