MMC Land Management, Pittsburgh's premier commercial landscape company, is hiring for a FIELD SUPERVISOR to be based out of our Gibsonia PA location. The Field Supervisor will be part of our Maintenance Division and responsible to oversee, supervise, train, mentor, and coach multiple grass cutting crews. Additional responsibilities will include: conducting property inspections, fill-in as a crew supervisor when needed, schedule daily and weekly crew assignments, and work with the maintenance manager to each crew is fully trained and operating to the best of their abilities. This is a working supervisor position, not sitting in an office all day. Requirements include: having a valid Driver's License, able to drive company trucks with trailers, be insurable, able to operate all mowing (zero turns and walk behinds) and maintenance equipment, either have or be able to obtain a DOT medical card, pass pre-employment and random drug screening(s) as required per DOT regulations, have previous commercial landscaping and supervisory experience.
