MMC Land Management, based in Gibsonia PA (15044 zip), is Pittsburgh's premier commercial landscaping company! We are recruiting for grass cutting laborers to join our maintenance division.
Pay rate is $10-12 / hr. to start depending on experience level. Individual will be part of a 2-5 person grass cutting crew. Job duties will consist of line trimming, cutting grass, seasonal clean-up's, mulching etc.
We offer medical / dental / vision benefits after 90-days, performance and referral bonuses, PTO and holiday pay after 6 months, retirement IRA w company match after 1 year, advancement opportunities, and year round work as we do snow removal in winter.
PREVIOUS GRASS CUTTING EXPERIENCE WITH A PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPING COMPANY IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE but not required as we are willing to train hard-working, dependable individuals. Having your own means of transportation to our Gibsonia location is a MUST as our facility is not accessible via public transportation.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
