We are currently looking to hire a full-time new business development / sales individual to help grow our E & S (erosion & sediment control) and landscape installation divisions. Our HIGHLY PREFERRED candidate will have new business development, estimating, and project management experience in either the landscaping , excavation, general contractor, asphalt, or construction industries.
Key
Responsibilities:
Prospect for qualifying opportunities
Remain driven, disciplined and focused
Effective at building and maintaining professional relationships
Communicating proactively and interactively with all decision makers
Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks, and close business
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
PROVEN track record of revenue attainment
Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Local market knowledge and local contacts (western PA specifically, but also northern WV, eastern OH, etc.)
Bachelors degree in business , landscaping architecture or related field is highly preferred
