We are currently looking to hire a full-time new business development / sales individual to help grow our E & S (erosion & sediment control) and landscape installation divisions. Our HIGHLY PREFERRED candidate will have new business development, estimating, and project management experience in either the landscaping , excavation, general contractor, asphalt, or construction industries.

Requirements:
Ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
PROVEN track record of revenue attainment
Highly competitive, positive, and results driven sales person
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Local market knowledge and local contacts (western PA specifically, but also northern WV, eastern OH, etc.)
Bachelors degree in business , landscaping architecture or related field is highly preferred

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
